In early 2011, I embarked on a venture that is uniquely my own -- "PS Tailored Events."

Preparing high-end private functions for Martha Stewart illuminated a decidedly different side of fine dining, where the challenge is to prepare memorable events. Focused and eager to cultivate this personal project, I look forward to the challenges of my new roles as both business owner and creative executive, and meeting the needs of a broad range of catering events.

To date, our company has successfully organized events for Vera Wang, Martha Stewart, Bergdorf Goodman, Warburg Pincus, and SKIP of NY (a charity fundraiser), amongst others.

The occasion could be small or large, intimate or casual. I would be happy to work with you and your budget and I would never compromise on quality or sophistication.
